This property is the original Coach House to the Manor House and has been renovated to appreciate the beautiful surroundings. The snug has a log fire, 2 chesterfield armchairs and a games cupboard. The lounge has a large leather corner sofa, a 3 seater sofa plus 2 armchairs and is completed by a 46 inch smart TV. Sash windows around the lounge ooze the light in and allow guests to appreciate the gardens. In the kitchen a breakfast bar with stools provides seating for 4 guests. We have plenty of pans, baking trays and serving platters. The kitchen also has a large table, with seating for 10. A 30 inch smart TV completes the kitchen.
The ground floor has the family shower room, a kind bedroom, double bedroom and the bunk bed room. The first floor has a king bedroom and a double bedroom, another family shower room and an en-suite off the king bedroom with a Burlington roll top bath.

Gardens.
The Coach House is lucky to have 3 outdoor seating areas. The Main courtyard has a BBQ, plenty of seating, a hot tub and it is complete with fairy lights. The rear courtyard is accessed by double doors from the kitchen, it is perfect for watching all the birds that come to the feeders here. The final outdoor section is a seating area next to a fire pit, a wooden seat cut from a log and a children’s swing.
In addition to the three private areas, the Coach House also has use of the play area; swing, basketball hoops, TP climbing frame with monkey bars and slide, wooden stepping stones, balance bar and a zip-wire!
Location.
Bethesda.
Just of the A55, Bethesda is a former slate quarrying village on doorstep of the Snowdonia National Park. A cycle and walking path now links Bethesda with Porth Penrhyn on the coast.

Zip World is home to the fastest zip line in the world where you travel at speeds of over 100mph and is a 10 minute walk from Bryn Derwen. Other near by attractions include;
