The Boathouse.

The Boathouse has been in our family for over 15 years and holds a special place in our heart.

The Boathouse is a fabulous upside down link-detached cottage is located within a private estate, with views towards the Great Orme and has a truly nautical feel! Theres lots of ship memorabilia on display, seven a ship’s wheel and porthole with a sea view from the galley kitchen!

The ground floor has 1 super-king, 1 king and 1 twin bedroom, with the twin room converting into a double bed. The Family shower room is a complete suite with an additional WC next door. A rear patio is a real sun trap and is secure.

The living accommodation on the first floor has leather sofas and a reclining chair. It has high-vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, plus dual aspect windows framing views of the garden towards the Great Orme and the West Shore. Wooden and metal spiral stairs take you up to a mezzanine where you will fine books and games.

There is a dining area with a captain’s table and sliding patio doors leading out onto the roof terrace. The galley kitchen has everything you need for a perfect family holiday.

The Boathouse has has three outdoor areas; the open lawned mature gardens, a secure rear patio and the roof terrace complete with BBQ and outdoor dining are. The garage offers a great storage place and houses the washing machine, dryer and additional fridge freezer

Deganwy.

Deganwy offers stunning views across the water to the Isle of Anglesey and Conwy Castle. Walks to the Vardre, costal walks to Llandudno and Conwy are on the doorstep. There are also 3 golf clubs nearby; Maesdu, North Wales Golf Club and Conwy Golf Club. The town’s beach is a south-facing sun magnet and has a wide variety of shops; Tesco, post office, antique shop, clothes shop, wine bar, pubs and restaurants.
