Bryn Derwen Estate
We have four wonderful properties on the Bryn Derwen Estate, which is nestled in 20 acres of land. This beautiful private estate is set on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park and offers the most magical views in this peaceful and tranquil setting. The tree lined drive guides you to each of the properties, which have their own car parks, private and shared grounds.The Manor House sleeps 20, the Coach House sleeps 10 and the Lodge sleeps 6, these properties can be booked individually or as an exclusive booking for the estate.
The Manor House.

The Studio.
This ex-recording studio is a fantastic space, that is being converted back to a great hall. No matter your need; celebration, art and yoga classes or a corporate event, this space is ideal.
Conwy Properties.
We have 2 properties in Deganwy, which is nestled between Conwy and Llandudno. Both are minutes walk to the beach, which can be seen from the properties, offering the most wonderful views over the eastury all the way to Puffin Island. They on a small private estate, known locally as ‘legoland’ which was built with a Meditterean feel. The Boathouse, sleeps 6 and the Beach House sleeps 4, each has their own gardens, patios and parking.
